Planned delivery destinations
Delivery is planned to France and all other European Union member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Orders are not open yet.
Direct shipping, a responsible seller
Products will be dispatched from France. The RULESHIFT seller remains responsible to the customer for fulfilling the order. RULESHIFT remains your contact for order follow-up.

Dispatch from France. To complete: carriers, preparation and transport times, shipping prices, tracking and separate deliveries
These details will appear in the offer and order summary before payment. Delivery promises will not be invented from generic platform estimates.
VAT, customs and imports
To complete: import arrangements, responsibility for VAT and duties, total cost and any carrier charges
The chosen arrangements must match the prices and charges disclosed to customers.
Returning an item after changing your mind
Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal, then 14 days to send the goods back. See the terms of sale for details.

Non-conforming, damaged or lost products
These are distinct from a change of mind. The seller remains responsible for legal guarantees and delivery remedies. A supplier’s complaint deadline or a failure to record reservations with a carrier does not remove the consumer’s legal rights.
