Draft updated 30 October 2026 · France / European Union

Preparation version — sales closed. Fields marked “To complete” are not final commercial information. These texts must be completed and validated before any order.

1. Purpose, seller and scope

This draft concerns distance sales of desk and setup accessories to consumers. Seller: Bastien Dalle, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Akiyoeiko; SIREN 843744228, SIRET 84374422800035, 843744228 R.C.S. Béziers; Résidence du Champ de Mars, 89 avenue Jean Moulin, 34500 Béziers, France. Email: contact@ruleshift.eu. Telephone: +33 6 30 15 69 20. The final terms applicable will be those presented and accepted when an order is placed. Later amendments will not change an existing order.

No sales contract can be concluded through this version. Displayed prices are working examples.

2. Products and pre-purchase information

Each final product page must state essential characteristics: reference, quantity, dimensions, materials, compatibility, usage limits and precautions. Selected variants must match delivered products. Claims about power, speed or compatibility must not rely solely on a supplier description.

Manufacturer identification and, where required, the responsible person in the EU and relevant warnings must be visible in the offer. Current illustrations will be replaced or clearly distinguished from photographs of the selected products.

3. Limited drops and dispatch from France

RULESHIFT offers limited drops of items, subject to available stock. Orders are prepared and dispatched from France. Stock availability and delivery times are stated before ordering.

The seller remains responsible for the order, delivery, returns, refunds and statutory guarantees. No substitute product will be imposed without the customer’s agreement. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and the applicable cancellation and refund rules will be followed.

4. Prices, taxes and charges

Final sale prices will be in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges and the total payable will be stated before paid confirmation. Promotions must not use fictitious reference prices. Planned delivery destinations are France and the other EU member states.

VAT not applicable in France, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Dispatch from France to France and other EU member states. To complete: shipping prices and VAT treatment for sales to other EU countries

Dispatch from outside the EU does not remove the duty to give accurate information on VAT, duties and any other charges. Import arrangements must be decided before launch so the total cost is reliable and customers do not face undisclosed charges on receipt.

5. Ordering and payment

The final checkout will let customers check items, variants, addresses, charges and total cost, correct errors, then read and accept the terms through an unticked choice. The final payment action will expressly indicate an obligation to pay. Confirmation and contractual information will be provided on a durable medium.

To complete: payment provider, accepted methods, contract formation and contract archiving

This preview does not collect bank details or offer payment.

6. Delivery and transfer of risk

Delivery countries, charges, delivery date or period and tracking arrangements will be disclosed before ordering. Timing will include order preparation and transport. Separate deliveries must be disclosed. The seller remains responsible for the agreed delivery period and for lost or damaged parcels.

Risk transfers when the customer or a nominated third party physically takes possession, except for the legal exception of a carrier independently selected outside the seller’s offered options. Recording reservations with a carrier may assist a claim but is not a condition of statutory rights.

For delays, consumers have the remedies provided by Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, including requesting performance within a reasonable additional period and then terminating under the statutory conditions. Refunds following termination for non-delivery are made within the legal period.

7. Right of withdrawal

For eligible goods, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. For multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the start date follows the statutory rules, including receipt of the final item. Consumers may use the model form or any unambiguous statement and do not need supplier authorisation.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification. The return address and direct costs must be disclosed before ordering: Free returns. Return address: Chez Monsieur Christian Baume, 22 rue des Ortolans, 34300 Agde, France. An overseas return must never be imposed unexpectedly.

Refunds cover amounts paid, including initial standard delivery, within 14 days of notification. Where permitted, the seller may withhold reimbursement until goods are received or evidence of return dispatch is supplied, whichever occurs first. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer are not reimbursed. Refunds use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without fees.

Under the legal conditions, consumers may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Original packaging is not a blanket condition removing the right of withdrawal.

A standard colour or catalogue variant does not make an item personalised for the statutory exception. Any exception for goods genuinely made to customer specifications must be justified and disclosed before purchase.

View the model form and online withdrawal information. Online notification and durable acknowledgement must be connected before sales open.

8. Statutory guarantees and after-sales service

The seller is liable for lack of conformity under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For new goods, the conformity guarantee can be invoked for two years from delivery; statutory rules on presumptions, repair, replacement, price reduction and termination apply. Bringing goods into conformity must be free of charge, without major inconvenience and within no more than 30 days of the request.

Supplier guarantees do not replace the seller’s duties. Customers need not deal exclusively with manufacturers or sourcing platforms. Necessary conformity costs are not charged to customers. The hidden-defects guarantee under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code also applies.

Mandatory guarantee notice still to be finalised. The applicable notice in the annex to Article D.211-2 must be inserted in its version effective at launch, after checking 2026 changes concerning extensions after repairs. This summary does not replace the mandatory notice. Reference text.

9. Complaints and mediation

Written complaints may be sent to the seller: contact@ruleshift.eu · +33 6 30 15 69 20. After a prior written complaint has not been resolved, consumers may use the seller’s appointed consumer mediator free of charge, subject to statutory eligibility rules.

To complete: contracted mediator, postal address and website

No mediator will be presented as a partner without an actual agreement. Consumers retain access to the competent courts. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules are not excluded, including protections applicable in the consumer’s country where required.

10. Data and contract retention

Processing needed for sales must be described in the privacy policy, including payment, direct-shipping and transport recipients. The accepted terms must be retained with the order and supplied to the customer.
